Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies for smartphone brands under the Transsion Regional Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong consumer insight perspective, proven project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in media relations, market analysis, and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives, with a preference for candidates who have direct experience in the African market. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the go-to-market (GTM) integrated marketing of smartphone brands under the Transsion Regional Division (GTM marketing segment). In accordance with industry and marketing hotspots, closely coordinate with teams such as GTM, PR, Digital, Channel/Retail, etc., organize internal and external resources, and promote the implementation and execution of various special projects such as event marketing, joint marketing, and IP co-branding. Strong C-end user perspective (user insight and market analysis capabilities), able to base on consumer demand insights and capture market opportunities, and in relatively complex integrated marketing activities, be able to assume the responsibilities of a project manager, be responsible for marketing planning and resource integration work, including but not limited to goal setting, requirement collection, overall rhythm, program planning, resource integration, marketing gameplay, and communication point design, and have the ability to identify project progress risks and solve problems, etc. Based on the ultimate goal of integrated marketing, brand tone, and market media environment, propose a matching media mix strategy, implement it based on actual circumstances, review the effectiveness, provide guidelines for the responsible regional department, collaborate with key countries, and guide other countries to complete media work. Media Relations: Daily maintenance and expansion of key regional or national media, including traditional media, online media, and New Media.
