Role Summary: This job contributes to Habesha Plant's success by closely coordinating with the appropriate leader to develop, deliver and administer effective performance-based technical Programs. Provides on-the-job training to employees on the manufacturing floor and in a classroom setting. Models and acts in accordance with Habesha values. Key Responsibilities: Coordinates the delivery of training programs.  Updates training materials and supports leadership in execution.  Ensures consistency and accuracy of training materials. Partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content.  Prepares training outlines and lesson plans relevant to the training material. Schedules, tracks, and maintains training programs.  Takes direction from the appropriate leader regarding training needs to meet business objectives.  Works with leadership to develop implementation plans to ensure that training initiatives are met.  Coordinates with Plant HR and talent Dev’t Mgr. & Line Mgrs. to develop programs and create best practices. Coordinate with HR and department managers to onboard new hires and integrate them into relevant training programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements as needed. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and content requirements. Design and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, online tutorials, and hands-on exercises. Utilize various instructional techniques and technologies to facilitate learning, such as e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and interactive simulations. Establish and maintain training schedules and calendars, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions and resources. Works with leadership to ensure that course materials are current and relevant to training needs. Facilitates on-the-job training and on-going process improvements. Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance.
