Job Summary The HR Officer will support the Human Resources department in executing HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to creating a positive work environment aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare and issue employment offers and contracts. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. 2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees including documentation and orientation. Coordinate employee exit procedures and conduct exit interviews. Ensure proper handover of company assets and documentation. 3. HR Administration Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases. Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented. 4. Employee Relations Support managers in resolving employee concerns and workplace issues. Promote employee engagement initiatives and HR programs. Maintain a positive and productive work environment. 5. Performance Management Assist in performance appraisal processes. Track performance review cycles and documentation. Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans when required. 6. Training & Development Coordinate employee training sessions and professional development programs. Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness. 7. Compliance & HR Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbook. Support internal audits and HR reporting.
