Department — ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT Position: Engineering & Technical Department Manager Ref : EC-2026-001 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Engineering & Technical Department Manager will lead and direct the Engineering and Technical Department across all design and engineering deliverable functions, establish and continuously improve technical standards, design guidelines, and QA/QC procedures, and coordinate across Architecture, Structural, MEP, and specialty disciplines for integrated project delivery. The role reviews and approves major design outputs, manages the directorate's budget and staffing plan, drives R&D and sustainable deitiatives, and ensures compliance with local and international building codes and client requirements.
