  1. Job Identification 1.1 Job Title
  • Human Resource Officer 1.2 Reports to: - HR Manager  1.3 Work Place : - Human Resource Management/HRM/ Service 2. Main Duties and Responsibilities  Under the direct supervision of the HR Director, handle and supervise employees records and files, collect, compile and update periodically. Assist in selection various candidates for examination and organize the examination. May attend in the interview or other examination types and prepare minutes when assigned. Facilitate, follow up and monitor staff loan, medical and other leaves, check medical expenses for corrective actions. 3. Specific Duties & Responsibilities 3.1 Prepare job specifications and vacant post advertisements. 3.2 Handle and supervise employees records and files, collect, compile and update periodically.  3.3 Select vacancy applicant candidates for examination and organize the examination. 3.4 Attend in the interview or other examination types and prepare minutes when assigned.  3.5 Monitor attendance sheets contentiously, report to the supervisor and at the end of every month pas the data to Finance Service for payroll purpose. 3.6 Compile and analyze performance evaluation reports from various work units. 3.7 Facilitate, follow up and monitor staff loan, medical and other leaves, check medical expenses for corrective actions. 3.8 Assist in undertake training need assessment and identify target group for specific training program 3.9 Prepare letters for recruitment, promotion, transfer and other administrative cases.      3.10 Assist the preparation of quarter, semi-annual and annual progress reports. 3.11 Handle termination of employments contracts 3.12 Perform other related duties as assigned.
