• MINAB Wellness Facility. Facility Maintenance Manager oversee the functioning of buildings and grounds, ensuring that a facility is in optimal condition. They direct the activities of staff in relation to facility maintenance, ensuring that all maintenance works are done accurately and on time. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: the following are the highly expected, but not limited to, duties and responsibilities: Oversee and direct maintenance personnel, equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance Our ideal candidate is familiar with all aspects of facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems. Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for program compliance, i.e. safety, quality, and service Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations  Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems Develop and manage the maintenance budget and maintain inventory of tools and supplies Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, layouts, and specifications in planning stages of maintenance and repair procedures Coordinate or manage renovation projects or major repair works Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment Regularly report on maintenance issues and progress to senior management Participate in the hiring and training process of new maintenance workers   HYGINE & GROOMING: -  The applicant must be able to consistently maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed personal appearance.
