• 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Bid Submission Procedure Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes marked “ORIGINAL” and “COPY,” both enclosed within one outer envelope. The outer envelope must be clearly sealed, stamped, and delivered to the address below no later than the closing date and time. Mandatory Requirements (Essential Criteria) Complete Legal Documentation: Copies of valid Trade License, TIN, and VAT Registration Certificate. Bid Security: bid proposal must be accompanied by 2% the bid security including VAT in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO) in the name of FH Ethiopia.
