Position - Bartender Required no- 1 Applicants needed - female only  Salary - based on scale Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and presentation excellence Interact with guests professionally  Maintain full knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and pairings Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies Follow all hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure timely drink service Maintain a welcoming and upscale bar atmosphere
