The Reward Manager
- Payroll & HR Services is responsible for deg, managing, and optimizing the organization’s total reward strategy, including compensation, benefits, payroll operations, and HR services delivery. The role ensures competitive reward practices, regulatory compliance, payroll accuracy, and efficient HR service delivery that supports employee engagement and organizational performance. 1. Reward & Compensation Management Develop and implement the company’s total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage salary structures, job grading systems, and overall compensation frameworks. Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Lead annual salary review cycles, bonus administration, and incentive programs. Design and manage both short-term and long-term incentive schemes. Provide guidance and advisory support to leadership on compensation decisions and policies. Ensure internal equity and maintain external market competitiveness. 2. Benefits Management Design and administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, pension plans, allowances, and wellness initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs and optimize cost versus employee value. Manage relationships with benefits providers and insurance partners. Ensure all benefits programs comply with local labor laws and statutory requirements. 3. Payroll Management Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing. Ensure payroll compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and labor laws. Manage payroll vendors or internal payroll teams as applicable. Ensure effective integration between payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors). Oversee payroll audits while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Drive continuous improvements in payroll automation and operational efficiency. 4. HR Services & HR Operations Lead HR operations or shared services teams responsible for employee lifecycle services. Ensure efficient processes for employee onboarding and offboarding. Oversee employee data management and HR administrative services. Manage employee inquiries and HR service requests effectively. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and service standards. Promote digital HR services and continuous process improvement. 5. Compliance & Governance Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies. Manage internal and external HR and payroll audits. Maintain reward governance frameworks and approval processes. Develop and implement reward policies that promote fairness, transparency, and consistency. 6. Analytics & Reporting Develop dashboards and analytical reports covering payroll costs, compensation competitiveness, benefits utilization, and HR service performance. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership. Support workforce planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making through analytics. 7. Stakeholder Management Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to implement reward strategies. Advise managers on compensation-related decisions and reward practices. Communicate reward programs clearly to employees to enhance transparency and understanding.
