Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, from fleet management to customer service. Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and improve profitability. Ensure compliance with transport, logistics, and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Implement operational efficiency initiatives, including cost control and process optimization.
