Position: Sales & Marketing Officer Location: Addis Ababa Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Actively identify, approach, and secure new property owner clients Market vacant properties and client-owned properties through online and offline channels Handle client and tenant inquiries, coordinate property viewings, and conduct tenant screening Support lease negotiations, contract preparation, and documentation Maintain accurate records of clients, property listings, and prospects Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance company visibility Gross Salary: 15,000 + Commission
