Job Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets through both field-based and digital engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. Identify & acquire new customers through field visits and digital channels 2. Manage, qualify and convert leads from various sources such as inquiries, referrals, online registrations, and social media engagement 3. Encourage repeated business by existing clients and reactivate inactive clients through personalized follow-ups 4. Manage Referral & Incentive Programs to Encourage existing customers to refer new clients 5. Provide Customer Support to ensure smooth customer acquisition 6.
