Senior Maintenance Engineer (ATM Workshop)

Job Summary The Senior ATM Repair Engineer is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining ATM components and modules in the central workshop. The role ensures that all repaired hardware & software meets OEM quality standards, is tested thoroughly, and is ready for redeployment. The engineer provides technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians, supports troubleshooting of complex issues, and contributes to process improvements within the workshop. Competency  T echnical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of ATM hardware and module repair procedures. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex technical faults and implement effective solutions. Leadership & Mentoring: Able to guide junior engineers and support skill development. Attention to Detail: Ensures all repairs meet quality standards and documentation is accurate. Planning & Organization: Efficiently manages multiple repairs and prioritizes tasks. Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information clearly to team members and management.
