Job Purpose The External Agents Supervisor is responsible for developing, managing, and supervising a network of external sales agents and brokers to drive property sales and achieve company revenue targets. The role focuses on building strong relationships with external partners, ensuring they are well-trained on the company’s projects, and monitoring their performance to maximize sales productivity. The position also ensures effective communication between the company and external agents, supports agents in closing deals, and ensures that all sales activities are conducted in alignment with the company’s policies, procedures, and strategic objectives. Additionally, the External Agents Supervisor works to expand the external agent network, strengthen partnerships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s sales performance through efficient channel sales management. Job Summary Position Title: External Agents Supervisor Reports To: Sales Department Head Duty Station: Addis Ababa Head Office Salary & Benefits: Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience Duties and Responsibilities 1. External Agents Management Supervise and coordinate all external sales agents working with the company. Maintain regular communication with agents to ensure they are updated on project details, pricing, and promotions. Provide guidance and support to agents to improve their sales performance. 2. Sales Performance Monitoring Track and evaluate agents’ sales performance and productivity. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management. 3. Network Expansion Identify and recruit new qualified external sales agents. Build strong relationships with freelancers and partner agencies. 4. Training & Product Knowledge Ensure external agents receive proper training on company projects, pricing, and sales processes. 5. Sales Coordination Coordinate property viewings, meetings, and negotiations between agents and clients. Ensure smooth communication between external agents and the internal sales team. Support agents in closing sales deals. 6. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all agents follow company policies, commission structures, and documentation procedures. Prepare Commissions and coordinate with finance regarding commissions payments.
