Company Description   Lidiya properties sister company of Lidiya memorial construction is an exciting and dynamic company with expertise in developing residential and mixed use properties which are attuned to the demands of consumers in Addis Ababa and surrounding vicinities, with emphasis on locations with great potential in all aspects, including travel convenience, school, Hospital, Church, Masjid, hotels and transportation routes.   Role Description   Co-coordinating, organizing and managing the sales force Monitoring and evaluating the sales force according to the company sales plan Providing continuous training  Problem solver, proactive, and cooperative  Continuous engagement in the sales force day to day activity, Risk analysis capacity and report back to superior Effective reporting and documentation system\ Weekly and monthly Sales report  Carry out any other tasks as requested by the Marketing and sales division head   Compensation    Attractive Salary + commission
