Junior IT Technician
Description
Junior IT Technician provides first-line technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while assisting with system maintenance and user setups. Duty Station: Dukem Site Key Responsibilities Technical Support: Acting as the initial point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware (computers, printers, phones) and software (OS, applications) problems. System Setup & Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and upgrading workstations and software, including user onboarding and oAboarding. Networking Assistance: Helping with LAN and Wi-Fi network troubleshooting and monitoring. Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs of support tickets, inventory, and technical procedures. ERP Support: support user on ERP requests on a day-to-day operation. Salary: based on our company’s salary scale Able to provide sufficient Collateral Place of work: Dukem
