Body & Paint Team Lead - Automotive

Leading and managing the paint shop team to ensure high quality painting of parts or vehicles while meeting production targets and meeting safety standards. Implementing process improvement and ensuring adherence to quality and environmental standards. Updating technical skills and participating in trainings prepared. Monitoring attendance, performance, and training needs of the team to promote culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement. Planning and monitoring daily production schedules and output to ensure the paint shop meets production targets and KPI’s (Quality, Cost C Timely Delivery) Minimizing down time and optimizing throughput to ensure all painting process meet quality specifications and address paint defects. Managing painting schedules, inventory and workflow to optimize paint shop efficiency. Maintain the loading of the workshop to the appropriate extent and coordination between his team and the workshop. Promote a culture of health and safety within the work area. Ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety regulations and company standards. Management of equipment and consumables. Perform other activities assigned by immediate supervisor.
