Position Summary Reporting directly to the CEO, this role manages back-end administration, reviews critical documents, and synthesizes strategic insights to enable timely executive decisions while driving process improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and prepare high-level documents, policies, procedures, and executive summaries for CEO approval Manage CEO correspondence with senior management, ensuring error-free communications and timely routing Partner with Senior Executive Secretary to optimize CEO inbox management and decision workflows Identify implementation gaps in key projects and coordinate solutions with relevant department heads Synthesize cross-departmental information for strategic decision-making support Draft procedures and processes under CEO guidance as Process Manager Conduct research on industry trends and opportunities, producing actionable briefing papers Support thought leadership initiatives with Research & Innovation department Handle media responses aligned with Zemen Bank's values and strategic direction
