The StoreKeeper Assistants at Trans North Trading PLC play a vital role in the Logistics, Transport and Supply Chain sector by ensuring efficient inventory management and support to the storekeeping operations. This full-time position is suitable for individuals at the junior level with 1-3 years of experience. Based in an office environment in Addis Ababa, the role involves coordinating stock movements and maintaining accurate records to facilitate smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of items. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management. Prepare and issue materials for dispatch according to requests. Support the organization of the storage area to optimize space and accessibility. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill supply needs efficiently. Assist in the preparation of reports on stock levels and inventory turnover. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area. Participate in training and development programs as required. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
