The company is committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining efficient operations and strong organizational standards.    Job Summary     The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Ethiopian labor laws. The role requires strong leadership to support the company in building an effective and motivated workforce.    Key Responsibilities     Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.  Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.  Oversee performance management and staff development programs.  Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company policies.  Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures.  Maintain personnel records and prepare HR reports.
