Job Description   - Project Implementation Specialist for the KOICA Project in Ethiopia (Strengthening National Quality Infrastructure) * Project Title: PMC Services for the Project on Strengthening National Quality Infrastructure to Enhance the Competitiveness of Agricultural and Agro-Processed Products in Ethiopia * Administrative Support for the Project: Responsible for carrying out tasks related to activities for strengthening testing, inspection, and calibration capacities; enhancing regulatory compliance capacity in quality management for agricultural and agro-processed products; and strengthening external regulatory response capacity in the agricultural and agro-processed products sector ① Consultation and schedule coordination with focal points of partner institutions (MoTRI, EMI, ESI, EAS, ECAE), as well as relevant associations and companies, ② Collection, consolidation, and reporting of data and materials from partner institutions (MoTRI, EMI, ESI, EAS, ECAE), as well as relevant associations and companies ③ Project progress management and d monitoring ④ Collection and consolidation of data on project performance indicators from the relevant or associated institutions ⑤ Administration and management of the Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC) between Korea and Ethiopia (relevant institutions) ⑥ Other duties necessary for the smooth implementation and operation of the project   Contract Period: From the date of hire for 12 months (Subject to project performance and budget availability, the contract may be extended through renewal up to December 31, 2028) Probation Period: Sixty (60) days from the date of hire If work performance during the probation period does not meet the required standards, the contract may be terminated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.  Compensation: USD 780 per month (Gross salary, before deduction of income tax and statutory pension contributions) The amount is set in USD; payment will be made in ETB based on the official exchange rate at the time of payment.
