Warehouse Supervisor

Job Purpose The Warehouse supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities including inventory/stock control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, storage, and shipping.  Key Roles and Responsibilities Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods. Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods. Oversee daily warehouse operations while controlling and managing inventory. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing safety standards and procedures and by complying with local legal regulations. Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly Inventory audits and maintain No discrepancy in stock. Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock. Place orders to replenish supply as needed. Track shipments and address any delays. Oversee storage of products and ensure FIFO inventory handling.  Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments) Maintain proper safety protocol across the full and empty goods warehouse team. Ensure the Quality and Food Safety Policy to keep the ISO standard implementation in the company.  The job holder is responsible for following all SOPs and safety protocols of the company while doing his/her job. Attend monthly regular team meetings and share thoughts and ideas with colleagues.  Implementing and respecting all tasks in compliance with standards and respecting all the set parameters by the system. Keeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.
