Position : HR OFFICER Ref: HRD-2026-002 Vacancies: 1 RESPONSIBILITIES The HR Officer will monitor attendance, leave records, and timesheets across project sites, prepare and verify payroll input documentation, and administer employment contracts and renewals. The role maintains the employee database, supports disciplinary and grievance procedures, and assists in HR compliance audits and regulatory reviews to ensure consistent adherence to company policies. Salary : Negotiable but attractive. Employment Term : Permanent. Duty Station : Guinea, Conakry — West Africa Note : French language proficiency is required for all positions. ERP/software tool familiarity is an asset for office-based roles. Candidates with prior experience in construction or infrastructure companies will receive preferential consideration.
