Coffee Roasting & Cupping Specialist

Core duties and responsibilities Assist in the cupping process of coffee beans, following established recipes and protocols Monitor roasting equipment and make adjustments to maintain optimal roasting conditions Conduct quality checks on roasted coffee, assessing aroma, flavor, and consistency Document roasting profiles and maintain accurate records of production Assist in sample collection and shipment from the warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards Communicate detailed feedback to the roasting and production teams to help improve coffee quality. Ensure all coffee batches meet the company's established quality standards.
