Department — BIM & Digital Engineering Department Position : BIM Coordinator Ref : EC-2026-011 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The BIM Coordinator will coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for seamless integration, conduct clash detection and track issue resolution status, and maintain the project Common Data Environment and model exchange workflows. The role develops and enforces BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD specifications, trains and supports project teams in BIM software usage, prepares BIM-based deliverables including quantity schedules, and performs regular model audits for compliance and model health.
