Essential Experience Managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously Leading planning, cost control, and contract management functions Experience setting up or improving PMO systems and standards Strong background in both consultant-side and contractor-side environments Experience with ERP-based project reporting systems Technical Competencies Advanced project planning & scheduling (Primavera / MS Project) Cost control, forecasting & earned value management Contract administration (FIDIC or similar) Risk management and mitigation planning Procurement strategy & commercial evaluation Budget development and financial performance analysis KPI dashboard development and performance reporting Leadership Scope Will directly lead: Supervising Engineers / Planning Engineers / Cost Engineers / Quantity Surveyors / Contract Engineers
