Department — Planning and Monitoring Department Position : Senior Monitoring Engineer Ref : EC-2026-022 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Monitoring Engineer will lead the project monitoring function overseeing progress tracking and performance measurement, conduct regular site visits to verify reported progress against actual physical completion, and develop and maintain EVM metrics and project performance indices. The role prepares comprehensive monthly monitoring reports with variance and trend analyses, implements early warning systems and performance dashboards for at-risk projects, coordinates with planning and cost control teams, and evaluates and implements new monitoring technologies including drone-based tracking.
