JOB Summary: The Junior Thread Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring CNC or manual threading machines to produce threaded components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining product quality while following safety procedures. Key responsibilities: · Operate threading machines according to production plans and specifications. · Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation accurately. · Inspect work pieces and compare numerical displays to process sheets. · Perform routine machine setup and adjustments under supervision. · Conduct basic quality checks to ensure finished components meet required standards. · Follow safety protocols and operational procedures consistently. · Record production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities. · Identify defects or deviations and report to supervisors or quality control staff. ·  Assist in learning and following best practices in threading operations.
