We pride ourselves on delivering premium coffee experiences at our café and restaurant branches. We are seeking a creative professional who treats coffee-making as an art form and excels in delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Coffee Artistry (Latte Art): Craft a wide variety of specialty coffee beverages with advanced artistic designs (Latte Art). Quality Control: Ensure the highest beverage quality by monitoring grind size, extraction times, and milk texture consistently throughout the shift. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the espresso machine and grinders according to professional standards. Customer Engagement: Provide welcoming and professional service, ensuring accurate order taking and a memorable guest experience. Operational Flexibility: Demonstrate readiness to work across our Gerji and Goro branches as operationally required.
