Gender:  Female Location:  Bisrate Gebriel, Laphto Mall Employment Type:  Full-time (Flexible) Role Overview MALTT Enterprise  is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess robust financial acumen, a deep understanding of Ethiopian tax regulations, and a commitment to professional integrity. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Tax Compliance & Management: Manage all statutory tax filings, including VAT, Pension, and Salary Tax, ensuring timely submission to the Ministry of Revenue. Liaison & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities (Ministry of Revenue) and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations. Audit Readiness & Documentation: Systematically organize and maintain all income and expenditure vouchers to ensure the organization is consistently prepared for internal and external audits.
