ServiceNow consultant OT CMDB

Location: Greater Copenhagen, Hybrid but onsite 2-3 days weekly, 37 hours per week.

We er searching for an experienced ServiceNow OT Specialist to support the implementation and further development of OT Service Management (OTSM) and OT Vulnerability Response (OTVR) capabilities. You will be a key contributor in building our OT CMDB and strengthening our OT service processes, collaborating closely with OT operations, plant teams, and internal ServiceNow Governance.

Support the implementation and expansion of the OT CMDB, including CI class modeling, asset hierarchy development, and relationship mapping.

Configure and deploy OT Service Management (OTSM) modules to enable efficient incident, request, and change processes tailored to OT environments.

Implement and maintain OT Vulnerability Response (OTVR), mapping vulnerabilities to OT assets and supporting remediation workflows.
