Turn ideas into reality. Globally.

We’re looking for a UX writer to join the Digital Experience team, focusing on fabric and dish care. You’ll design content for both mobile and appliance UIs, as part of cross-functional, agile development teams.

Our objective isn’t just to make dish and fabric care less of a chore. We also want to help people take better care of their clothes and dishes, so they last longer and create less waste. We look for innovative ways to give users smart defaults, data, and suggestions to help them find the best routine for their home and schedule.

Historically, appliance UIs have been heavily influenced by technical and marketing jargon. In this role, you have the opportunity to reinvision a more human, accessible content experience for laundry and dish care.

Responsibilities

Design excellent content experiences. This includes, but is not limited to, information architecture, UI microcopy and copy, instructional content, naming conventions, and other elements of the end-to-end user experience.

Manage your content and translations in Figma and our CMS. Ensure content is translated in time for biweekly releases.

If you’re a native-level speaker of Swedish or another language, you’ll also be asked to assist in translating to that language.

Work with stakeholders outside of Digital Experience to ensure a coherent, consistent customer journey. For example, Marketing, Post-Purchase, R&D, and Brand.

Collaborate with your design, research, product and engineering peers to solve problems

Contribute to our design system, regularly adding to and editing our global glossary and creating UX writing guidelines and patterns
