Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer with solid experience in Matillion and cloud‑based data platforms. The role involves deg and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, building scalable data models, and ensuring high‑quality, reliable data delivery across the analytics ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in Matillion.Develop scalable transformations and integrate multiple data sources.Optimize ingestion, performance, and cost within cloud environments.Ensure strong data quality, lineage, and governance.Create SQL-based models across Bronze, Silver, Gold layers.Support CI/CD workflows and deployments across environments.Troubleshoot Matillion jobs and contribute to architectural decisions.Required SkillsHands‑on experience with Matillion.Strong SQL expertise.Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.Strong ETL/ELT and data integration skills.Knowledge of CI/CD and version control (Git).Nice to HaveAirflow, dbt, Prefect, or similar.Python for automation.Data modeling experience.Soft SkillsStrong communication and documentation.Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.Proactive and ownership‑driven mindset.
