SummaryThe SAP FI Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing finance processes at Syensqo through the effective use of SAP technologies, focusing particularly on SAP FI modules like FI-GL and FI-AA, to ensure seamless financial operations.Main Responsibilities:Maintain and optimize SAP FI-GL, FI-AA, RE-FX and SAP closing processes to ensure reliability and system integrity.Provide daily support for incident resolution, service requests, and maintenance related to finance.Monitor automatic finance processes and manage the closing activities, addressing anomalies as necessary.Collaborate with IT finance professionals to analyze requirements and brainstorm solutions for finance processes.Participate in SAP FI projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.Ensure data integrity and system security while adhering to IT policies and cybersecurity standards.Be available on-call on a rotating schedule to address urgent issues outside regular hours.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT finance roles.5 years of demonstrable experience supporting SAP FI-GL and FI-AA.Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 finance modules.Nice to Have:Knowledge of SAP RE-FX and SAP FCC.Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology landscapes.Strong interpersonal skills to work in dynamic team environments.Other Details:Location: Central European Time (CET) working schedule.
