Client specializing in delivery assurance for extended reach and complex wellsHybrid way of work in Krakow’s office - 2-3 days per week 150PLN/h on B2B contractSummary: This position is for a Senior Software Developer, focusing on the development of drilling-related software and mentoring junior developers. The role supports the organization’s longer-term diversification plans in software development.Responsibilities:Mentor junior developers and assist in their skills development.Develop and enhance drilling-related software solutions.Collaborate with the software lead to implement software projects.Contribute to the technical architecture decisions and coding strategies.Support the team in problem-solving and proactive project management.Must Haves:Approximately 10 years of experience in relevant technologies (ClojureScript, Clojure, React).Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.Proficiency in various development tools and frameworks such as GitLab CICD, Supabase, PostgreSQL.Nice to Have:Experience in the oil & gas sector.Strong motivation for long-term collaboration.Other Details:Project duration: Minimum of 2-3 years
