SummaryThe Director of Business Development for CX Solutions is pivotal in driving regional expansion for the Group's digital unit. This role focuses on bridging technology and business needs, enhancing customer communications, and fostering strategic relationships.Main Responsibilities:Lead the design process from business/client requirements to technical specifications and deliver comprehensive solutions.Coordinate technical activities between product management and delivery teams.Act as a subject matter expert in both sales and presales activities.Provide technical support in specific digital areas and assist in sales efforts.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Domain knowledge in ERP, CRM, Cloud Communications, UCaaS, CPaaS, CCaaS, customer experience as a service, and business process digital transformations.Proven experience in building a business funnel for CPaaS, with a focus on customer needs and market dynamics.Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with C-level executives and technical teams.Nice to Have:Experience with A2P Messaging, SIP, or Contact Centers.Ability to construct and lead teams on RFPs and customer technical requirements.Experience in showcasing product demos and managing pilot implementations for customers.Knowledge of various verticals like eCommerce, retail, healthcare, and logistics.Other DetailsThis role is part of a dynamic and rapidly evolving digital landscape and offers opportunities for significant regional impact in customer experience solutions.
