BI Analyst - Power BI

BankingPoland - Gdańsk/Gdynia/Warsaw/Łódź with 3 days per week in the officeB2B up to 110 zł/h netto+VATSummary: The role of the Business Intelligence Analyst focuses on bridging complex business questions with actionable insights through Power BI, aiding decision-making with data solutions.Main Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.Translate stakeholder requirements into data solutions.Guide decision-making based on data-driven insights.Key Requirements:Proven Power BI development experience (power query, ETL processes, data modelling, DAX, etc.)Experience in gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset.Experience working with diverse data sources and business users.Experience using JIRA.Experience with agile methodologies.Experience managing large data volumes in Excel.Fluent English.Nice to Have:Knowledge of additional BI tools.Experience in a banking or financial services environment.Familiarity with data and compliance regulations.
