Software Engineer - Java/Kotlin

You will work closely with domain experts to understand their workflows and develop solutions that address their specific needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architecture.Leverage AI and low-code platforms to rapidly deliver focused, business-driven solutions and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and integrations.Maintain and improve DevSecOps procedures, ensuring strong governance and security policies.Work with domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Adapt and respond quickly to shifting project priorities and timelines in a high-paced environment.Actively contribute to the growth and knowledge-sharing within your team.What We’re Looking ForAbility to work efficiently in a high-paced, evolving project environment.A collaborative mindset with a desire to work closely with colleagues across different functions.Experience working with low-code platforms and/or AI-assisted development tools to deliver fast, high-quality solutions.Experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot frameworks or similar (3-5 years preferably from being a consultant or within start-up companies).A strong understanding of modern Backend architecture principles.An eagerness to learn and contribute beyond your core technical expertise.Start date: 2026-04-20End date: 2026-12-31Workplace: Stockholm - 2 days onsite.
