The ideal candidate will enable architects to concentrate on strategic initiatives by managing essential coordination and governance functions. Key skills required include proficiency in TOGAF architecture framework, advanced JIRA capabilities, and experience in data science and business intelligence.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure effective communication among stakeholdersSupport architecture governance processesAssist in project planning and reporting activitiesManage coordination tasks across the GBS organizationFacilitate the internal employee onsite office allocationTrack project progress and ensure goals are metProvide administrative support to technical teamsKey RequirementsProficiency in TOGAF architecture frameworkAdvanced level skills in JIRA (JQL)Experience in data science and business intelligence (dashboarding, Gantt charts)Excellent social skills with the ability to prioritize using complex criteriaNice to HaveExperience with dispatching systems (ticket management)Advanced level knowledge of Confluence (integration with JIRA)
