A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Scrum Master would be: Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-upsCoach team members in Agile frameworksFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationBe the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requestsResolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occurHelp teams implement changes effectivelyEnsure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprintGuide development teams to higher scrum maturityHelp build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on itConsulting support across PGCS sites to other project managers, or staff performing a Agile/PM function through project lifecyclePresent portfolio, project pipelines and inter-dependencies at IT PMO/portfolio forumsEngagement with Global PepsiCo Project Management Office and Planning/Strategy teams on new initiatives, policies and procedures, socializing and integrating those back into PGCSSupporting Project Management Audit ControlsRequirements: Scrum Master qualificationProject Management qualification (PMI, PMP)5+ years of related Scrum Master experience, leading projectsStrong experience in Agile Project Management MethodologyStrong experienced in managing multiple projects, stakeholder management, presenting to leadership teamsExperience in coaching new Project Managers or IT staff in Agile methodologiesExperience in leading Project Quality Analysis for other projects, supporting other PMs/Managers (L8+) to resolve project quality issuesExperience in Project Management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Office 365 applications, Project & Portfolio tools)Knowledge and technical understanding of IT Delivery projectsStrong analytical skills and attention to detai Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation skillsGood organizational and coordination skills So, are you ready to join our team?It’s important to remember, emagine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop innovative solutions for our customers.
