WebMethods Tech Lead

Introduction & Summary:We are seeking a qualified WebMethods Tech Lead with over 5 years of proven experience in webMethods platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid background in developing, integrating, and maintaining solutions while showcasing significant technical leadership capabilities. A strong understanding of coding standards and best practices in software development is essential for overseeing teams and ensuring quality technical delivery.Main Responsibilities:Lead and oversee technical teams in development projects.Define technical standards and best practices.Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.Participate in defining integration architectures.Provide technical guidance to development teams.Key Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience with webMethods.Proven experience in technical leadership roles.Strong skills in integration and solution development.Experience in maintaining webMethods solutions.Ability to reside in the Greater Lisbon area with occasional onsite presence.Nice to Have:Experience with webMethods integration projects involving SAP.Certifications in Software AG webMethods.IBM Cloud Pak for Integration certification.Other Details:This role will require the consultant to be occasionally present onsite at the client's facility located in Lisbon. The position promises engagement in challenging integration projects within a dynamic work environment.
