Junior Project Manager

Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Junior IT Project Manager is to liaise/bridge between the central IT delivery teams and the receiving line of business, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of IT solutions with a strong emphasis on change management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in project management and delivery of IT solutions.Liaise between IT delivery teams and business stakeholders.Support change management initiatives.Coordinate and organize Steering Committee meetings.Record and distribute meeting minutes.Update and maintain SharePoint site content.Participate in the configuration and testing of devices.Collaborate with the Associate Work Package Owner.Key RequirementsBasic understanding of Project Management.Experience liaising between IT teams and business sectors, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Natural curiosity regarding the application of technology to business processes.Strong communication skills.Experience in change management.General interest in technology.Able to create clear and concise communication materials (presentations, emails, web content, etc.).Ability to take accurate minutes during meetings.Nice to HavePrevious experience in a pharmaceutical environment.Knowledge of IT/OT architectures.Familiarity with project management tools.Other DetailsThe position is based in Hillerød and Gentofte, requiring onsite presence five days a week with some flexibility for ad hoc remote work.Start date: 13 April 2026End date: End of 2026
