🌍Work mode:·       hybrid model people form Cracow 6x per month·       outside of Cracow 3 - 5 x per month·       People from Warsaw 6x per month⏰Start: ASAP/30 days weeks.📑Contract: B2B⏳Duration: 10-12 months contracts + extensions📕Project language: English.⚙️Industry: Banking.💻Workload: Full timeWe are looking for skilled individuals for the payment’s platform called Global Disbursements, that allows our customers and clients to move funds freely and fast across the globe, pay their suppliers, credit salaries, pay taxes directly to authorities and transfer money via multiple channels.The purpose of the role is to support delivery of projects for Global Disbursement Platform, through high quality analysis and Agile design artefacts, effective stakeholder management and providing solution delivery team with deep business insight, all enabled by appropriate tools and aligned to Dev Ops working. The IT Business Analyst is expected to work independently, throughout the project lifecycle; from project initiation and inception through elaboration and construction, regularly handling multiple tasks and activities.What you’ll do:Capturing, analysing and documenting of business process (including IT processes)Deg of solutions or change interventionsManaging change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagementDevising change interventions such as training and communicationManaging the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reportingImplementing solutionsManaging support staff, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and resource supply meets demanWhat you need to have to succeed in this role:Fluency in English.Min 5 years’ experience in a relevant role, i.e. IT Business Analyst or Business ConsultantPayment’s knowledge
