PMO Reporting & Governance Specialist

BankingBudget: 135PLN/h on B2B contractHybrida way of work in Gdansk, Gdynia or Warsaw or Lodz( 2-3 days per week in the office)Summary:This role focuses on ensuring effective project management reporting and governance within the project team. The primary objective is to deliver precise reporting and communication materials that align with overall project requirements, thereby supporting successful project execution.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate with BCCM PMO to deliver accurate reporting and production of communication materialsEnsure alignment with overall project reporting requirementsTake ownership of resourcing process and resource requests within workstreamWork collaboratively with the project team to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standardProduce high-quality materials for Sponsor, SteerCo, and other Governance meetingsEnsure materials are visually appealing, easy to understand, and aligned with project objectivesSupport workstream leads with ad hoc tasks that contribute to the success of the workstreamCreate PowerBI reports for tracking the rollout of Bulk Solution Standard Application productionUtilize data from Hopex and Helix for reportingProvide essential support to WS4 LeadershipKey Requirements:Strong project management office (PMO) skills including experience in project reporting, coordination, and governanceExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to produce clear and concise materials for various stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely reportingAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goalsExperience in onboarding project teams and enabling security measures for effective project executionStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactivelyExperience with PowerBI reportingKnowledge of project governance and compliance frameworksEnglish B2+/C1Nice to Have:Experience with data visualization tools beyond PowerBIBackground in financial services or banking sectorsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies
