Working mode: onsiteLocation: BangkokLanguage: English and Thai Contract type: B2BSummaryThe Master Data Analyst role focuses on managing and optimizing master data within the SAP ecosystem, essential for supporting transformation initiatives at the world's leading jewelry manufacturer.Responsibilities:Lead the design and data migration of financial and retail master data objects.Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes and prepare solution design for SAP S/4HANA.Facilitate master data migration processes, including mapping, analysis, and testing.Create and maintain documentation for data management procedures.Support process owners and business analysts during the transformation with functional insights.Implement data standardization and harmonization practices.Co-detegration and distribution schemas for master data.Train end-users on best practices for data entry and master data management.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a master data analyst or similar role, with expertise in data migration.Experience in enterprise-wide SAP implementation programs.Strong working knowledge of SAP FICO and/or Retail modules.Understanding of business processes such as R2R, OTC, and P2P with SAP master data concepts.Proficiency in data management tools, ETL processes, and data quality technologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai.Nice to Have:Experience in cross-functional collaboration within projects.Positive, proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude.Interest in eco-friendly initiatives and creating a sustainable work environment.Other Details:Location: Office in Bangkok, Thailand.Team Structure: Part of a Data Management team spanning across locations in Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Thailand.Company Context: Joining the transformation journey of a leading jewelry manufacturer.
