Digital Process Developer - EDI Splitter
Description
We are seeking a self-driven, hands-on Digital Process Developer with a strong backend focus and proven experience in integration-heavy process development. This position requires a professional who can drive technical initiatives from analysis to implementation, effectively translating business needs into technical deliverables. You will help design and refine backend integration logic for routing insurance claim data across systems in a structured and automated way.Main responsibilitiesComplete and extend the analysis initiated by architectsDefine future-state backend processes and logicTranslate business and IT needs into clear technical requirementsCoordinate and communicate across business, IT development teams, and architectsFacilitate technical workshops to clarify dependencies and align solutionsDrive hands-on implementation alongside development teamsLead structured end-to-end test planning, including tests, routing logic validation, and regression scopeEnsure controlled rollout, documentation, and handover to the permanent team.Key requirementsExtensive experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and backend flows (identifying gaps, mapping technical dependencies, defining future-state flows, integration logic, and fallback behavior)Strong background in digital process development with a focus on technical processes (proven ability to translate business, system, and architectural needs into clear process designs)Experience managing stakeholders and communicating effectively across diverse groups (including securing buy-in)Demonstrated leadership in technical projects and initiatives (including planning, coordinating, and following up)Hands-on experience with driving tech-heavy initiatives (end-to-end) using Agile methodologiesAcademic degree or equivalent professional experienceNative-level fluency in English; Danish is a plus.Nice-to-HaveExperience with claims integration in the insurance domainGeneral experience in the insurance industry (great advantage)Start: ASAPDuration: 6-12 monthsLocation: Copenhagen Area
