BI Specialist

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Key responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial BI reports and dashboards.Improve and automate reporting processes in tight collaboration with the rest of the FP&A team, and Business/Financial Controlling organization.Work with Central Data teams to design scalable financial data models.Contribute to driving standardization of reporting tools and structures across Finance.Provide BI support to controllers and act as liaison to central data and Finance teams.Act as liaison between Finance, central Data, and Finance Systems teams.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience working with Business Intelligence, analytics, or financial reporting.Strong experience with Tableau.Experience working with Snowflake or similar data warehouse solutions.Solid understanding of financial reporting and finance processes.Experience with D365 Finance & Operations is an advantage.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
