Senior UX/UI Designer

Introduction & Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service/UX/UI Designer who possesses the unique ability to manage the entire design process. From conducting discovery and research to deg user journeys, process mapping, and delivering final high-fidelity products, the ideal candidate will have comprehensive skills in service, product, and UX conceptualization. This individual will also effectively manage stakeholders and work autonomously, functioning as the lead designer for their assigned work stream.Main Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design process including user research and evaluation.Conceptualize service, product, and UX designs.Map user journeys and processes effectively.Deliver final high-fidelity design solutions.Collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships.Participate actively in regular team meetings.Conduct onsite workshops and working sessions as required.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Service/UX/UI Designer.Expertise in end-to-end design processes.Strong stakeholder management skills.Ability to work autonomously.Fluent in English.Willingness to travel for workshops and sessions.Available to start by the end of March at the latest.Nice to Have:Proficiency in German.Experience with UX/UI accessibility annotations.Familiarity with AI tools in the design process.Other Details:This position is offered on a quarterly basis, Time and Materials (T&M) contract, equivalent to 1 Full-Time Equivalent (1FTE). Ideal for candidates looking for flexible contracting.
