Do you want to learn more?A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Data & Reporting Transformation Lead would be:Lead the Data & Reporting workstream within a large-scale platform migration programmeProtect reporting stability during phased operational migrationDefine and align the target-state reporting architecture and canonical data definitionsCoordinate structured source-to-target data mapping across legacy and new platformsOwn migration sequencing strategy, including reconciliation and cutover controlsEngage with Data Architects to align modelling, governance, and integration standardsAnticipate and mitigate downstream integration and reporting risksTranslate business reporting requirements into structured architectural outcomesDrive clarity and resolution where scope alignment is incompleteRaise delivery maturity and structural discipline across the data workstreamEngage confidently with executive, business, and technical stakeholdersRequirements:Proven delivery of a complex data transformation or reporting programme end-to-endStrong practical understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and reporting architectureExperience defining target-state reporting models and canonical data definitionsExperience coordinating source-to-target mapping across multiple systemsStrong understanding of data flows from source systems through transformation layers to reporting outputsExperience managing migration sequencing, cutover planning, and reconciliation strategyDemonstrated ability to challenge architectural decisions constructivelyStrong stakeholder engagement across business and technical domainsAbility to anticipate structural data risks early and proactivelyOwnership mindset with the ability to operate autonomouslyDesirable:Experience in financial services or other regulated environmentsExperience in platform consolidation or application rationalisation programmesExposure to enterprise data warehouse or dimensional modelling initiativesExperience aligning delivery to enterprise or group data standardsExperience stabilising reporting during phased migrationsWorking EnvironmentThis role operates within a multi-system, multi-stakeholder transformation environment, where different operational domains migrate at different times.
