Senior Communication Consultant

We are seeking two Senior Communication Consultants to join the AI Upskilling & Adoption team.These roles are ideal for strong executors who can translate complex messages into clear, engaging, and user-focused communication across multiple channels. You will work in a high‑paced environment where quality, consistency, and speed of execution are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and align communication for ai.hub across SharePoint, emails, slide decks, and internal channelsEnsure all messaging supports the new global AI Upskilling & Adoption strategyProduce communication for both employee and leadership audiencesSupport the build-out of training programs for +40,000 global employees (slides, invitations, emails, follow-up flows)Create and refine communication for Leadership Training programsContribute to rollout plans for global AI initiativesDevelop communication concepts and activation materials for the Ambassador NetworkWork closely with SharePoint and graphic design consultants to ensure consistent tone, structure, and visual brandingTranslate complex AI topics into simple, motivational, and actionable messagesRequired Experience & Skills7+ years of experience in internal communications, change communication, or strategic communicationStrong experience creating content across SharePoint, email channels, PowerPoint, and intranet platformsProven ability to communicate complex or technical topics in a simple, engaging, and accessible wayExperience in large corporate or global matrix organisationsStrong execution skills — able to move from brief to high-quality output quicklyExcellent English writing skills with a clean, clear, corporate toneHigh AI literacy and strong interest in AI‑driven transformationExperience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating corporate approvalsNice to havePharma experienceExperience with large-scale training or upskilling initiativesFamiliarity with visual communication and brand alignmentLocation: Greater Copenhagen (Hybrid)Start: ASAPDuration: 3 monthsOnsite/remote: min 3 days onsite per week
